Frequently asked pricing questions
What happens if I hit my monthly DM limit?
Future DMs queue (not fail) and you're prompted to upgrade. We never silently overcharge — your bill never grows because traffic surged. You explicitly upgrade or your queue waits until the next month's quota resets.
Do unused DMs roll over?
No. Quota resets monthly. If you send 5,000 DMs in November, your December quota is still 15,000 (not 25,000). This keeps pricing honest and predictable.
Is there a Pro tier coming?
Yes — at ₹1,499/mo with AI comment classification, WhatsApp lead handoff, outbound webhooks, and Sheets/Notion sync. Post-launch. Watch the changelog.
Refunds?
If you upgraded by accident or within the first 7 days of a new annual plan, email billing@commentlink.in and we'll refund in full. After that we refund pro-rata only for service outages on our side.
Is GST included in the listed price?
₹599/mo is exclusive of GST. We collect 18% GST at checkout for Indian businesses (so a B2B invoice is ₹707 total). Individual creators are subject to the same rate as required by GST law.
Team seats — how do they work?
Each connected Instagram account supports the plan's seat count (1 on Free, 3 on Paid). Seats are per-account, not per-organisation. Roles: Admin (everything), Editor (build & analyse), Viewer (read-only).
